CANCELLATION

• For a cancellation made within 30 days before the activity, we will refund the total deposit, less 15,00$ for administration fees.
• For a cancellation made within 15 days before the activity, we will refund 90% of the deposit, less 15.00$ for administration fees.
• For a cancellation made within 7 days before the activity, no refund will be done.
• In the case that the activity needs to be cancelled due to a huge storm, (violent wind, lightning, big snow storm) the deposit will be refunded within 30 days following the date of the activity.

DRESS CODE

The person in charge need to make sure that every participant
is dressed properly.

WINTER: snow suit, warm boots, gloves, tuque, neck warmer
SUMMER:Pants or shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, gloves

• Long hair have to be attached at all time
• Participants should not exceed 250 pounds
• Pregnant women are not allowed in the courses
• Anyone with an health problem need to notify the coordinator of the day at his arrival on the site

For the well-being of everyone (security and fluidity), some courses are reserved for people over 15 years of age and accessible according to the person’s height. In all cases, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all time.

The construction and the maintenance of our parks are subjects to a special attention. Our employees regularly verify the equipment and the courses.
