You can bring your own (cycling gloves, gardening gloves…)
or you an buy some for $4 on the site.
Obligatory initiation takes 15 minutes !
Our guides will initiate you to the safety rules and will explain how your equipment
works, and the different levels of difficulty of each course. This will help you understand
the concept and take over your fears regarding the height.
Our staff
All our employees are trained for safety and first aid certification. Many guides are
certified in High Angle rescue (NFPA). The guides are always in or under the courses
and ready to help or to answer your questions.
Restrictions in the courses
For the well-being of everyone (security and fluidity), some courses are reserved to the
people over 12 years old and accessible according to the person’s height. The color of
the wristband that is given to you at the beginning of the activity indicates the courses
that you are allowed in. In every situation, children under 15 years old have to be
accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, certain people are not allowed to do the activity:
- Participants must not exceed 250 pounds (113 Kg)
- Weight is checked and participants over 113Kg will be refused entry into the
courses but are welcome to walk along our trails and participate with their
friends. Someone has to take the photos right ?
- Pregnant women are not allowed to do the activity
- Any health issue must be reported to the manager at your arrival on the site
Construction and maintenance of our parks are subject to special attention. Our
employees daily, verify the equipment and the courses.
Dress code
- For your comfort and your safety, a dress code is required:
- Running shoes or closed shoes ( No OPEN Toes, this means sandals and flip flops.)
- Pants or shorts to the knee
- Top that covers the stomach
- Long hair has to be tied back
- Take off any loose jewellery
- Take off your piercings or cover them with a Band-Aid.
- Gloves are not obligatory but strongly suggested. They are also sold on the site.
